Before initiating behavioural intervention, a comprehensive behaviour consultation is required where we will determine the best way to empower clients by creating effective and unique treatment plans for them. During the consultation, baseline skills will be determined, as well as behaviours that may need to be addressed or treated. Our Board Certified Behaviour Analysts have Masters Degrees in Special Education and/or Psychology and are on the Registry of Autism Service Providers (RASP).
The families are involved in this process to ensure the treatment plan that is created works for the entire family unit. The family will have input into all goals, and they will receive practical training for implementing the strategies in the intervention plan in their everyday lives.
